I believe the body can heal itself with informed, skillful touch and awareness. This belief comes from a lifetime in sports from soccer to skiing, rock climbing to marathon running and most recently international martial arts competitions. Through these sports and working in physical trades I picked up my share of chronic and acute injuries--it was help from massage and acupuncture that I recovered and received maintenance care.
Trained in Seattle, WA, home to some of the finest clinical massage schools, teachers, and providers, I was surrounded by countless mentors. Exposure to full range of what skillful bodywork can offer, I enrolled to share with people the benefits I experienced including reduction in stress, pain-relief, pain-prevention, knowledge of my anatomy, increased sports recovery time, enhanced athletic performance.
I focus each session to rapidly address my clients concerns, whether it is reducing pain, increasing range of motion (ROM), balancing postural issues, maintaining the body for peak performance, or deep relaxation--I meet you where you are to give you the most from our work together.
